Bachelor Grant Ellis Teases His “Emotional” Season 29 Finale

Struggling with Heartbreak

Grant Ellis is putting his heart on the line. As Bachelor Nation eagerly anticipates whether he will give his final rose to Litia Garr, Zoe McGrady, or Juliana Pasquarosa, the Bachelor star admits that ending relationships hasn’t been easy.

“I lead with my heart and I’m an emotional guy,” he told E! News in an exclusive interview. “I developed feelings, and I didn’t want to let anyone down. Making those decisions was hard, but I had to stay focused on finding my wife.”

The Challenges of Being The Bachelor

Facing heartbreak was inevitable, but Grant struggled with the reality of it.

“Being the lead is difficult,” he explained. “As an empath, I find it especially hard to hurt someone.”

Despite the emotional turmoil, he remains confident in his final decision, which will be revealed in the March 24 finale.

“I’m very happy with my choices,” he declared. “If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing.”

Confronting the Past in Women Tell All

Before fans see if Grant gets down on one knee—and for whom—he reunited with his former contestants in the March 10 Women Tell All special. While the event brought back old memories, it didn’t rekindle any feelings for him.

“Running into your exes is always a little difficult,” Grant admitted. “But I feel strongly about my decision, and nothing will change that. The special was a good way to clear the air.”

During the reunion, he also found himself in the middle of drama, particularly with Carolina Quixano.

“I didn’t know what to expect, but when tensions rose, I just tried to defuse them,” he explained. “I don’t want to argue or go back and forth. My goal is always to lead with love.”
